Governance Set-Up and Planning
Our governance set-up and planning services are designed to provide the company and its future directors with comprehensive assistance in governance matters and structure in advance of an IPO (US listing). A negotiated agreement between the company and board leadership and KirtleyWood LLC would determine the scope and timing of the contract.
Expected Work Includes:
- Structuring Board Committees and Membership
- Drafting Committee Charters, Activity Calendars, and Agendas
- Training on Governance Principles for the Board and Committees
- Advising Any New Directors and Chairs as Set Forth Above
Notable Exception: This is not a board recruiting function.
